8200 sqft flag ship retail location in SOHO NYC. Full gut renovation, We removed square footage from main floor to make an atrium space down to the cellar level exposing period detail windows and skylights. Inventive materials use included press-lock grating for structural elements and staircases and sound dampening surfaces on perimeter walls and ceilings. The fixture system was designed to be scaleable for programming and easy conversion from retail and selling modes, to event and social functions.
